ADDENDUM TO TERMS OF SERVICE: VIDEO CLIPPING CREDITS

This Video Clipping Addendum ("Addendum") applies to the one-time purchase of video clipping credits and amends the Customer's current license terms, including any application Blinkfire Product Terms of Service at https://www.blinkfire.com/legal, any existing Order Forms, or any other linked Terms of Service attached to the License section of the Account Settings page.

1. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENT: Video clipping credits are only valid in conjunction with a current and valid Blinkfire subscription license.
2. ROLLOVER POLICY: As long as the Customer’s Blinkfire subscription license remains active and does not expire, any remaining unused credits will stay on the account and roll over into subsequent periods.
3. EXPIRATION & GAP POLICY: If the Blinkfire subscription license expires or is terminated for any reason, all remaining video clipping credits will immediately expire and be forfeited. Credits will not roll over or be reinstated even if a license is renewed at a later date; there can be no gap in the subscription license to maintain credit balances.
4. NO REFUNDS: All purchases of video clipping credits are final. There are no refunds or credits provided for unused video clipping credits.
5. CHARGEBACK POLICY: Any credit card chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Customer will result in the immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all video clipping credits associated with the disputed transaction.
6. PRECEDENCE: This Addendum amends and supplements the Customer's current license terms and any other addendums found in the applicable Order Form. In the event of a conflict, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail regarding video clipping credits.
